How do I start with this company?To get started you simply go to my website http://www.wix-n-stix.com/ and click on "join us" you wiill then need to enter my Demonstrator ID...237044 and my last name...Allen. You will be prompted the rest of the way. After you sign on I will contact you personally to help you get started and answer any questions you may have. You are not alone to figure this out I am here to help as well as Gold Canyon, they provide many tools to make your business successful! This includes training brochures, scent samplings, and super customer service and support!
What are the shipping times?Your Demonstrator Kit will ship within 24hours of signing on and depending on where you live will determine the time it will take to reach you. Same as with customer orders your location will determine the shipping times.
Does the company dropship?No - orders are sent to the hostess who then distributes them to her guests - Individual orders placed on the website http://www.wix-n-stix.com/ are shipped directly to the customer.
What is the commission structure?You make 25% comission off the top of all orders...you then have the opportunity to receive override comissions up to 10% each month on your personal sales and overrides on your team members under you based on your level of management.
How am I paid?You receive the 25% immediately and the override comission is paid monthly via direct deposit to your checking or savings account.
Are "company websites" available?Yes for about $100 a year you can get a website that will help you increase your sales and repeat orders!
Can I design my own website?No - Gold Canyon provides a website for you and you can edit it within certain restrictions - This keeps the website professional looking.
